Matt M. Diesselhorst, M.D., was raised in rural Northwest Oklahoma and graduated from Fairview High School. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology/Biomedical Sciences from the University of Oklahoma. Matt then earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation. Dr. Diesselhorst continued his specialty training by completing the Lake Tahoe Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship. Dr. Diesselhorst is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and in Sports Medicine by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine.
Dr. Diesselhorst's practice includes Orthopedic Trauma, Joint Replacement, and Diagnostic & Interventional Ultrasound, but he has a special interest in Orthopedic Sports Medicine, Arthroscopic Surgery, and the care of athletes.
