JosephB. Scarcella, MD is a staff surgeon with the Cleveland Clinic's Department ofOrthopedic Surgery. He has degrees in both Biology and Civil Engineering fromCleveland State University and Fenn College of Engineering, as well as aMaster's Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Akron.
