Stephen Hudson, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with more than 20 years of experience. Originally from Louisiana, Dr. Hudson’s first introduction to Northwest Arkansas was in college when he played football for the Razorbacks as a tight end. After completing his degree at the University of Arkansas, he received his medical degree from Louisiana State University in New Orleans. He then completed an orthopedic surgery residency at UAMS in Little Rock, where he was in private practice for 20 years before relocating to Northwest Arkansas.
Dr. Hudson specializes in hip and knee replacement, including robotic assisted partial and total knee replacement and direct anterior approach hip replacement, while also performing arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee as well as fracture care.
In his free time, he enjoys taking advantage of all of the active lifestyle options of Northwest Arkansas, including biking, hiking and camping with his family.
