As an orthopedic surgeon at NYU Langone, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive care to every patient. My passion lies in helping individuals regain their mobility and improve their quality of life through both surgical and non-surgical treatments. I find great fulfillment in working closely with my patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and concerns.
I specialize in reconstructive surgery of the hip and knee, including primary and revision hip and knee replacements, managing injuries around previous hip and knee replacements, treating hip fractures, and addressing infections of the hip and knee. With extensive training in robotic-assisted surgery, I am committed to utilizing advanced techniques that enhance precision and recovery outcomes. My credentials include a medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, residency training in orthopedic surgery at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center, and a fellowship in hip and knee replacement surgery at the University of Chicago.
Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in research focused on the outcomes of primary and revision hip and knee replacements. My work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national conferences, contributing to the advancement of orthopedic surgery and improving patient care. I believe in proactive healthcare engagement and strive to stay at the forefront of medical advancements to offer my patients the best possible treatments.
My journey into medicine was inspired by a desire to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. My passion for hip and knee replacement surgery was further ignited during my fellowship at the University of Chicago, where I trained with leaders in robotic surgery and pioneers in surgical techniques. At NYU Langone, I am proud to be part of a diverse team that ensures coordinated and seamless care for our patients. I look forward to meeting you and working together to achieve your health and wellness goals.
