Dr. Jennifer FitzPatrick is a Board Certified, Sports Medicine-Fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon with a long time interest in sports medicine and athletics. Her passion for treating the active individual stems from her days playing Division I soccer where she earned All-Conference and Academic All- American honors.
Dr. FitzPatrick's expertise includes sports medicine injuries and arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee, ankle and elbow. She performs shoulder arthroplasty and general orthopedic procedures. Along with several publications in medical journals, she has made numerous presentations at the national and international level.
As a mom, doctor, and athlete, she understands the importance of getting back to the activities you love. She serves as a team physician for the Colorado State University at Pueblo athletic program and provides medical coverage for many NCAA events.
Dr. FitzPatrick received her medical degree from the University of New Mexico, completed her residency in orthopedics at the University of New Mexico and her fellowship at the University of Colorado. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her family and various activities such as; running, wakeboarding and skiing.
