Dr. Dombrowski is a board certified orthopedic surgeon with special interests in sports medicine and joint replacements. He practices orthopedics in Northern Virginia and has more than 18 years of experience covering numerous sports teams. He has served as past Chairman of the Department of Orthopedics, Chairman of the Joint Replacement Committee and has been on the Operating Room Committee for more than 15 years at INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital. He has special interests in arthroscopic procedures for shoulders, knees and hips including ACL reconstruction, shoulder rotator cuff repair, shoulder instability repair and hip arthroscopy. He also has special interest in joint replacements of the hip, knee and shoulder. He performs minimally invasive hip and knee surgery, with traditional and direct anterior approaches to the hip. He uses computer navigation for his knee replacements as well as robotic partial replacements. He performs both traditional and reverse shoulder replacements.
