Scholl’s College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, Chicago, IL *Returned to San Antonio, Texas where he completed residence training, which included 2 years of Podiatric Medicine & Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center *Selected to stay at UTHSC-SA for a third year as the first Diabetic Foot Fellowship recipient *Appointed as a professor for faculty to teach residents and provide podiatric care and surgery at University Hospital System as well as the Billings Area Indian Health Services in Billings, Montana *Wrote grant that landed partnership with and provided service to the Native American Reservations in Montana *Named Director of University Health Systems Podiatry Clinics, UTHSC-SA from 1994-1997 *1997: Started private practice in Illinois with former classmate from Chicago; left in 2002 and returned to Texas *Opened Hill Country Foot Surgeons offices in San Antonio and Kerrville
