Dr. Kevin M. Goodson is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the treatment of injuries and disorders of the foot and ankle. He graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, and he received his medical doctorate from its School of Medicine at the Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
Dr. Goodson completed both his surgical internship and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Afterward, he attended a foot and ankle surgery fellowship at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute in Tampa.
Dr. Goodson is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member of the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Arkansas Orthopaedic Society, and the American Medical Association. His work has been published in the Journal of Arthroplasty and the Journal of Pain Management, and his research has been presented at conferences on both a regional and national level.
In his free time, Dr. Goodson enjoys traveling, skiing, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and two children. He is a Christian and is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
